Meet the Team

  • Victoria Ames

    Prior to establishing the ARTEMiS Law Firm, Victoria was in private practice with Jaburg|Wilk, P.C. where she practiced in the areas of commercial litigation and employment law. She also represented clients in healthcare matters both before the state and federal courts as well as in administrative proceedings before the medical board, nursing board, and physical therapy board.

    Before practicing law, Victoria Ames served as Chief Executive Officer of Make-A-Wish Foundation International. There, she guided the organization’s international expansion efforts in over 30 countries and oversaw operations of the international headquarters in the USA ensuring that all eligible children with life-threatening illnesses around the world had an opportunity to fulfill their life-long wish.

    For nearly 25 years, Victoria has advocated for the rights of those with special needs and believes strongly that those with physical, developmental, and mental health challenges should have the legal support and community resources to deal with these disabilities. Her dedication to improving the lives of families faced with special needs is deeply rooted in her own experience as a parent of children with special needs.

    Victoria Ames is a former board member to David’s Hope, Arizona’s Mental Health and Criminal Justice Coalition, an organization organized to promote and secure treatment for those with mental health disorders and addictions through increasing collaboration between our mental health and criminal justice system. She also serves on the American Bar Association Advisory Panel, is a member of the Special Olympics Advocacy Resource (SOAR) Program Committee, and volunteers with the Maricopa County Volunteer Lawyers Program.

    In addition to private practice, Victoria Ames directs the Arizona State University | Sandra Day O’Connor College of Legal Services Program, which provides free legal services to those unable to otherwise obtain legal assistance in various practice areas, teaching law students how to put their legal education to work in real-life situations. As part of her work with the College of Law, Victoria also supervises students in pro bono projects providing free legal consultations through the Medical-Legal Partnership and the Elder Law, Special Needs, and Mental Health Legal Assistance Program.

  • Pamela Judd

    Pamela received her Bachelors of Science summa cum laude from ASU and graduated cum laude from ASU College of Law, where she served on Law Journal, worked in the civil practice clinic, and served as a research & writing teaching assistant.

    She is a seasoned litigator, having worked in large firm and small firm settings. She was an Associate at Lewis and Roca for seven years in the firm’s tort practice group, specifically focusing on but not limited to pharmaceutical and medical device defense matters. Her practice also included personal injury and construction defect cases. Pamela then joined Roshka DeWulf & Patten as an Associate and was later named a Partner. There, her practice focused on commercial and contract litigation, bankruptcy, and securities cases. In 2018, Pamela joined the ARTEMiS Law Firm where she handles civil litigation, family law matters, contract reviews, and business formations.

    Pamela has defended and prosecuted clients’ claims for breach of contract, breach of guarantee, breach of warranty, fraud, violation of duty, and securities fraud. She has also represented clients in and litigated family law cases, including but not limited to cases involving parenting plans, child support, legal decision-making regarding minor children, third party visitation rights, spousal support, and property division. Pamela also assists clients with the formation of business entities, including drafting operating agreements and employment agreements, and when the need arises drafting demand letters for compliance and enforcement of legal rights. Her diverse experience is valuable in assisting clients in what can often be unpredictable litigation.

  • Stephanie Preciado

    Stephanie Preciado graduated from the Arizona State University|Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2002. She began her career as an Assistant City Prosecutor with the City of Phoenix Prosecutor’s Office, where she was a member of the Domestic Violence Unit. After leaving the City of Phoenix, Stephanie practiced as a criminal defense attorney. Stephanie is a seasoned litigator, having vast experience in jury and non-jury trials.

    Stephanie began her own firm in 2006. Stephanie focuses her attention on juvenile matters including representing parents and children in DCS cases. Stephanie represents families in adoption matters including stepparent adoptions. Stephanie also practices in family court representing clients in dissolution proceedings, custody, and child support matters.

    In addition, to private practice, Stephanie represented victims of sex-trafficking as the Director of the Ruth V. McGregor Project to Stop Sex Trafficking at the Arizona State University College of Law. Stephanie serves as a staff attorney at the Arizona Legal Center.
